Hi, I’m Taylor! I’ve been practicing yoga for over ten years and recently stepped into teaching to share the grounding and heart-opening aspects of the practice that have meant so much to me.
Originally from Canada, I draw inspiration from nature and love bringing that same sense of calm, connection, and presence into my classes. My approach is rooted in accessibility, self-connection, and the belief that yoga is so much more than what happens on the mat.
In my Yin Yoga classes, I create a warm and supportive space to slow down, release, and tune in — weaving together breath, reflection, and gentle guidance to help you reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
